Hi,

I saw in /etc/chrony/chrony.conf

pool 2.debian.pool.ntp.org

I didn't found any information about debian.pool on www.ntppool.org/en/use.html AI claim

debian.pool is specifically tailored for Debian users, ensuring that the servers are optimized for Debian systems.

seem weird for me, I was thinking NT.Protocol was platform independent, but maybe I miss taken ?

out of topic: little FYI, if your system is IPv6 free like mine, you can use on of those digit 0,1,3,4 to not query those useless info.

Please also note that the system currently only provides IPv6 addresses for a zone in addition to IPv4 addresses if the zone name is prefixed by the number 2, e.g. 2.pool.ntp.org (provided there are any IPv6 NTP servers in the respective zone). Zone names not prefixed by a number, or prefixed with any of 0, 1 or 3, currently provide IPv4 addresses only.

It's just a vendor zone. If you'd like to know why Debian has its own vendor zone in the NTP pool, look into "Why use special hostnames for vendors?"
