With the panel on my hdmi monitor, however I set panel hide (never, intelligently, always) it remains over the title bar of whichever application is full screen, or top of screen. I've tried all the output options (automatic, primary ...) but to no avail; the panel doesn't react. My only solution is to place the panle on the laptop screen but then it's length is limited.
