Tone down commentary.

For those using Vivaldi; Filter Invert

We chose a style that is compatible with both the general forum software, phpbb, and the extensions we have added.
We also want to keep extensions to a minimum as phpBB updates may very well break them.

As has been suggested before, many browsers have extensions that will implement a dark theme.

I am so far away from GenZ (and GenX for that matter) that I know squat about their proclivities. However your assessment seems sound to me.
