Unter Umständen Musescore. Unter Umständen da ich weder Musescore nutze noch mit dem grundsätzllichem Problem Erfahrung habe.

Bei der Suche mit apt-cache nach "optical music recognition" und "score" und so fort fand ich "lilypond", das mir aber nichts sagt.
