I rebooted the computer and re-ran the installer, this time it worked, so it seems something didnt load or failed to load during the previous boot of 23.6 live usb.
I did even check the files on the usb via that built in checker function in the boot menu.

BTRFS Raid for @home
Hi.
I have 3 nvme:s, 2x1.9TB, 1x1.8TB.
I figured i wanted to install the @ on the solo 1.8TB, and then btrfs raid1 the two 1.9 for @home.
The installer it self does not seem to understand raid what i figured.
I have run: sudo mkfs.btrfs -f -L homeRaid1 -m raid1 -d raid1 /dev/nvme0n1 /dev/nvme1n1 ...

Re: 24.3 AHS - live wierd display problems
Ok, ill have to check that tomorrow, tonight is to late to start with this.CharlesV wrote: Sun Dec 15, 2024 3:49 pm ic, so I would install them. you can back out using that command ( sudo ddm-mx -p nvidia )
The other way would be to install without them, then after your up and running save using timeshift and then install nvidia.

Re: 24.3 AHS - live wierd display problems
The live USB runs it..
MX doesn't ship with the proprietary Nvidia drivers; you're using nouveau per the QSI. Plus the AHS repos have quite a few updates since your version--notably; we've updated Mesa and the firmware. But your hardware is 2022 vintage, and probably doesn't really require ...
