I am wondering what could be the cause.
If I just leave one layout, everything works fine. If I add a second keyboard layout, I loose super + m, super + n (and possibly more) keybinding in awesome.
I'm launching XFCE in awesome to get MX integration in awesome and it works good enough. But this I ...

Re: How does MX Tweaks set the theme and realoads it on startup? Is it an xrdb command?
It sort of works, only problem is that the theme change after initializing xfce-session (or perhaps xf-settings). I think everything would be fine if I knew how to reload (or load) just the theme in awesomewm at appropriate time but I haven't found how. I also think there is more than just the theme ...

How does MX Tweaks set the theme and realoads it on startup? Is it an xrdb command?
I am trying to figure out how to get the theme loaded. In AwesomeWM, I load the theme that has been set by MX Tweak but for some reason (likely related to how I launch xfce-session), the theme isn't loaded at start. But by hot reloading Awesome, I get the proper theme. Following up the way awesomewm ...

Re: MX 23 awesome xfce
So I've finally got my fix, was SSD.
Here's the post about it:

Will soon install MX on a new device and setup Awesome. I hope I will have enough time to make something refined.

Re: Unable to find the exact reason why computer crash (possibly a hardware problem, not related to MX)
Solved.
It wasn't the kernel. It was the Kingston SSD. Here's the fix:
etc/default/grub
Change this line, set lattency to 5500 as follow:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nvme_core.default_ps_max_latency_us=5500"
Then
sudo update-grub

Re: Unable to find the exact reason why computer crash (possibly a hardware problem, not related to MX)
It generally happens when I come back to the computer. It also seems quite random. I'm currently trying 6.7, I suppose it's gonna be hit or miss.j2mcgreg wrote: Fri Jun 14, 2024 8:05 amWhat are you doing when it crashes?crackbarrel wrote: Fri Jun 14, 2024 7:55 am It happened twice again... should I try more recent or older kernel? Liquorix 6.6CharlesV wrote: Sat Jun 08, 2024 6:05 pmDid you go with a liquorix kernel?
Or just a different version?
I haven't really look into kernels, I went for 6.6 since the device is very recent. It seems liquorix make sens for this same reason.
