Hi
I SSH into my box as root, su - user, startx, and Mx Create Live USB etc says cannot run in root.
Sorry reason for that is because hdmi screen is blank no logon prompt so have to remote.
Also kind of difficult to get the system config.
No idea why hdmi does not show screen after a long while ...

Here's a summary of the experiments:
1. install mx23 on local disk (not using usb image boot with overlay)
2. apt clean/upgrade (without modifying repos, ahs should be enabled in default)
3. mxtool-> install nvidia driver
4. reboot a few times should work
5. power->sleep->wakup will get blank screen ...

Finally, tried to clean up and redo the whole thing now it seems alright with the apt upgrade after Install nvidia driver. No idea what went wrong.

However, after that, apt upgrade results in: (actually redone this Install Nvidia Driver without changing repo's)

I made it work by doing a local disk install, enable test repo and backport, then MXTools-> Install Nvidia Driver, then still some error, but reboot a few times seems working now.
root@mx:/home/fkam# inxi -G
Graphics:
Device-1: NVIDIA driver: nvidia v: 535.183.06
Display: server: X.Org v: 1 ...
