Bluetooth - no connection
Recently, the connection to a speaker brakes down immediately after a connection. And this happens 3-4 times in a row before the attempts are abandoned. Apart from updates, nothing has been changed on the computer.
From today on also these trials don't appear anymore.
System:
Kernel: 6.7.10-1 ...

cannot stop autostart of terminal [solved]
Suddenly a few days ago my computer decided to automatically open a terminal window after logging in and completing the desktop.
How can I stop it?
No message in "syslog", no entry in "autostart", no equivalent entry possible in "xfce4-terminal/preferences" - no explanation entry in my brain ...

Wenn es jetzt keine Lösung mehr gibt, Du Deine alte Hardware aber behalten möchtest, dann nutze Windows als boot-Plattform :
installiere ein Mini Windows:

und nutze Linux in einer VM Maschine:

Re: sudo mx-tweak problem [Solved]
Seams that D-Bus (Desktop bus) cannot find the xfce panel icons for mx trims.
Their full path is
/usr/share/icons/<style>/<size>/apps/org.xfce.panel.<app icon>.svg
On my system "mx trims" themes not even exist.

Re: Best Way to Use office programs in mx linux?
I recently had to work with ppt's. The best result I got for playing ppt's with Libre Office on Linux was when they were saved as .odp files , a feature that Office 365 offers. Still, it's not perfect, just the smallest mess you can get.

Re: [Solved] Shutdown incomplete
Meanwhile I got the same idea:
sudo init 0 functions
xfce4-session-logout –halt also functions.
I added an extra <Switch Off> button to the panel. It's "Properties menu" showed only <Log Out> was ticked ( and that was what always happend).
I ticked <Shut down> too and it worked.
Still SysV needs ...

Re: [Solved] Shutdown incomplete
After some time the problem appeared again, even with Liquorix.
I changed to systemd and it's ok again
