Check with “lsattr /etc/resolv.conf”

If there is an “i” in the result, i.e. “----i---------e------- /etc/resolv.conf”, enter “sudo chattr -i /etc/resolv.conf”. Maybe a reboot is needed.

I use a VPN. Occasionally I have the same situation. I don't know the reason. The only way I can get it working ...
