Failure to boot on old Core 2 quad Q9000 in HP HDX18 laptop.
Boots to Grub menu and then:
Repeating message:
......Watchdog: BUG: Soft lockup - CPU#2 stuck for -- seconds ........
MX 21 worked.
Debian based Q4OS 5 using kernel 6.1 gives the same error.
Tested with Endeavour on kernel 6.2.2 and boots ...
