Re: how to uninstall "Tor and Privoxy" [Solved]

Thank you,
that solved the issue (and yes, indeed, I had to remove two separate things)
did autoremove libs and those that you mention were in amongst the lot

how to uninstall "Tor and Privoxy" [Solved]

I have installed "Tor and Privoxy" using MXPI.
How do I, please, uninstall it?
When I tick it in MXPI uninstall option is greyed out :confused:

bambuko@mx-main:~
$ service tor status
tor is running.
bambuko@mx-main:~
$ service privoxy status
privoxy is running.

I have now been using Krusader for more than a month and I am very happy with it.
Probably the best file manager I have ever used.
Thank you again for pointing me in this direction!!!

Re: Help me solve the mystery of curved monitors (long post)

I also prefer three flat monitors
LH is portrait for documents, and file managers
CTR is landscape 2560x1820 for main CAD screen
RH is also landscape for all the auxilliary CAD panels and MX management
All three hand from swing arms fixed to the wall - would miss the flexibility they offer!
As for ...

Re: Just wondering... What do you use Wine for?

I use Bottles for obscure programs only available for Windows.
If I couldn't run them in Linux I would have to keep Win PC just for this two (my hobby related) apps...

..Check in Chrome [or your chrome-based browser] device logs (chrome://device-log) the name, there should be an access denied error.

"...udev rule needs to be configured appropriately..." [Solved]

I am trying to customise my new keyboard using web app (https://github.com/Keychron/qmk_firmware/tree/wireless_playground/keyboards/keychron/v1_max)
To do that I had to install Opera browser (the app seems to work only in Chrome based browsers)

All is easy until I discover that:

to this day I get spurious/unwanted paste
I don't think it is anything to do with MX
and all to do with the selected desktop (in my case KDE)
