I'll be 82 in a few weeks and I can see where you are coming from the 'phone' references as they cannot even eat lunch without looking at their phones.
Linux will be around long ater I am gone and get even better as windows gets worse.

I have a script that does that but it isn't working. I had this problem before and the solution was a sleep command but I have that info.
It was something to do with set xkeyboard or something like that.
Any ideas or does anyone remember this?

I did the flatpak and it sucks. Thankfully I had a back of thunderbird folder and copy the necessary folders. With the way it was all I did when I install MX previously and on other distro's, just copy my folder from backup and I'm good to go. Not this time. More work than should have been.
