Made a snapshot of MX with the latest pipewire from the test repo and the latest liquorix kernel from the mxpi...
Now guvcview and vokoscreen work. But calls throught the browser or viber dont...
the microphone is not recognized systemwide....

Recently i was given a laptop , lenovo ideapad 320 and installed antiX 23.1 on it. I also run it from an Mx 23.3 live usb.
System:

now on sysvinit again!!!

Make systemd the default with "MX Boot Options" (at least till it's solved)
That is what i have done for now...
Another thing i see is that /etc/sddm.conf is empty
All the options are available for me with an installed MX-23.3 KDE booted to sys-v.
Maybe is that i had XFCE installed and on top of ...

Well now i have both sddm and sddm-modified-init and i can only boot with systemd....
On sysvinit i get a tty i cant loggin...

no you don't. its an init script, runs before user log in.
Well i did...and could not login got a command line prompt but the characters were not rihght...
anyway i logged in with systemd , removed the package sddm-modified-init , but still i cant log in (on syvinit i believe) only with systemd ...
