and with the scripts I alway ran into dnsmasq problems for ex the last log from one of the scripts : Creating temporary dnsmasq configuration... Modified file: /tmp/dnsmasq.hotspot.conf, Backup: Temporary file (no backup needed) Port 53 is in use. Stopping conflicting services... Starting dnsmasq ...

yes, the onboard card is only 100 Mb, the adaptor is gigabit. With the same setup in LM woks fine - no config needed - so it must be something from this os In that case, I'd suspect a conflict between eth0 and your USB card. Access your bios and see if it's possible to disable the onboard card. I ...
