Solution found:
By checking
$dmesg
$inxi -Fxrz
I found some problems with my firmware (they are shown in a strong red), and that I didn't have hardware nor software for bluetooth. Therefore I had to solve this.

Maybe reinstall ca-certificates? If that doesn't help, perhap the power-related packages, and then tlp, since it can also manage radio devices like Bluetooth.
But first open that log file I mentioned to see exactly what was removed. The remove command removes a lot.

HF, Stevo is right, I used Norbert's OBS, but before today, Bluetooth worked just fine, so it is due to something I uninstalled.
Markol, lastest plasma is 5.20, but, as Stevo said, I use a non-official repo, so I got 5.24
Running 5.24.6 from Norbert's repo myself :)

Bluetooth is disabled [Solved]
I removed several packages and ended up messing my bluetooth.
When I go to the Bluetooth section on KDE System Settings, it only appears "Bluetooth is disabled" and the button to enable it (but it does nothing).
I checked:
$ inxi -Fxrz
