I already try many tutorial about installing latest nodejs on debian, but none is work. mxlinux stuck in nodejs version 12 and does not support react.js
maybe there is some tricks to update this node.js in mxlinux

Can I use mx-pkexec to launch apps other than the MX's ones ? Or is it specifically written for MX apps ?
Should I use pkexec or mx-pkexec in this case ? Because when I use pkexec, nothing happens.

VScode is in popular apps. Its not in our repo, its in microsoft's repo.

sublime is not free nor open-source and they do not have a linux repository. there is a flatpak available.

I'm using MX Menu Editor to add program in menu, and it's work fine for me

When I try install kde-config-touchpad, it's like I do install whole kde plasma to my mx linux xfce. Is it like that or I'm doing a mistake ? But in other hand, the when I install Touchpad Indikator, it's work for me

I had the same problem, when I try update mx linux from terminal. I try to change my mx repo using repo manager, but it is not good either.
