Re: What about a regular MX Linux with AV Linux config?

I find it a bit sad there's been mixed reviews for the Enlightenment AVL version. I found, and find it easy to work with, even with the initial odd quirk here and there (which Glen has solved), and the journey of discovery for Pipewire, which as a die hard jack user has been a challenge worthy of my ...

Qjackctl tries to install using jackd, not jackd2

I've built Qjackctl from git, as the repo packaged version tries to remove Jackd2, and all the associated libs, and replace it with jackd (jack 1).

Re: Moksha Desktop Environment for MX? Thoughts?

Given Bodhi are going Debian, I would think adding it as an option for MX users wouldn't be a problem. Chances are, they've already done a lot of the hard work needed to make it compatible.
I understand the dilemma over systemd/nonsystemd, however there are apps which seem to work ok with one and ...

Re: AVL-MXe 23.1 keybindings in Terminology

hm, I think i saw a menu for that in in the Enlightenment settings, Section INPUT or similar. There was a menu called keybindings. I think. And if I understood that menu right/correct, it listed the keybindings and the actions they would provide in different programs/sections of Enlightenment. But ...

AVL-MXe 23.1 keybindings in Terminology

This is going to sound really dumb, but I can't figure it out at the moment.

I use keybindings wherever I can, and in Terminology probably most of all, with two exceptions.

I cannot highlight text, with the usually standard terminal input of Ctrl+Shift+C, or Ctrl+Insert, with the intention of ...

Re: AV Linux MX Edition 23.1 (AVL-MXe) Released!

Hi, thanks for the info and for trying AVL-MXe in the first place, unfortunately VM's don't really demonstrate it's production features very well but any data I can get on boots and installs is very valuable!

I DL'd the sort of AHS version of Bodhi 's76' and it has a 6.4 kernel, so far so good ...
