I'm using Mxlinux 19.8 it will not compile for me but I am very inexperienced in these matters (I do have a learning disability). I make no excuses for not understanding request postings.

Can you help us out by providing links and if you know of any distros that those two run on nicely?

I have been trying to ditch using windows for the last fifteen years, and each year I try my hardest not to have to use it but alas I do end up reconnecting my windows drive.
My recent reason is because of two programs
1st Chitubox a slicer for resin 3d printers
2nd UVtools ...
