@g3lux , many are aware of such unofficial slimmed iso's, but they as usual, come with a warning : at your own risk and contents not verified.

I too use MXLinux for main system. (Still dualboot with windows).
But on MXLinux, i use virtualbox, for Windows10, when need small stuff like Office & n'such.
You could go with Windows 10 Ameliorated, to use less ram.
Or search around a bit, "Windows 10 Pro - Superlite", and come across a forum ...

Hello, there.
I am currently using PacketTracer 7.3.1 and it works, fine.
I sometimes when trying to save the file, if i type "f" (example: ficha_1), its freezes the APP, and the entire desktop. I have to go tty (CTRL+F1), and kill the process from there.

You won't have this problem with the wireless-regdb version from the ahs repo (advanced hardware support). I think that for your computer it's absolutely safe to enable the ahs repo in MX Repo Manager, then do "sudo apt update" and then do all the available upgrades.

Hi, there.
I'm using MXLinux 19.3 with systemd. I had kernel 4.19 by default.
And via MX-packageinstaller i installed a more recent kernel.
"linux-image-5.6.0-2-amd64-unsigned" and "linux-headers-5.6.0-2-amd64".
Found it weird that it uninstalled "wireless-regdb" and "crda".
And if i try to ...
