TestDisk is quite good. I used it recently and managed to recover data that some other programs could not.

Nice, how well does it work in Xfce? Since I started to work on MX-KDE version I found this kdeconnect invaluable. Right? I like getting notifications and call alerts without having to check my phone. The commands work as expected but I don't have the kde phone icon in my system tray. It works but ...
