andyprough Thank you for this suggestion. For me, the chown command in the thread didn't help (the command ran fine, but didn't change the errors). As far as I can tell, everything in the .local/share/flatpak is owned by my user, and was before I did the command. Is there a safe way to clean the ...

Thanks, @JayM. Same error as above: "While opening repository [~]/.local/share/flatpak/repo: opendir(objects): No such file or directory"

I rely on flatpaks for a few apps on MX. Suddenly they don't seem to be opening. I'm having this problem as well, but not on a laptop—in this case, a Dell desktop. The problem started around the same time. Must be an update issue.
