@mikejade,
Thanks for detailed explanation, worked ! You have nothing to do with that but what i understand is it's a wrong attitude to list these kind of themes at "get new themes" section at KDE system settings because they need an extra tool to install.

Re: Noobie KDE BUSTER 64bit respin...yaah
I am using your spin about one day on my USB stick and shocked about low system usage(~550MB RAM usage). As far as i see, you didn't change default KDE settings so i didn't need to make a general remaster and there isn't too much extra software so thanks about it, please keep it on next snapshots ...

Installing a random theme via MX package installer solved this issue, it probably created some of missing config files or dirs ...

Re: Mx19+F_M.Kde.Utd.W2.3.1.iso - Respin
Thanks for the spin, i have started checking it.
Created a new user and found some issues:
1(solved)- I realized that display manager is set to lightdm by default. /etc/X11/default-display-manager
sudo dpkg-reconfigure sddm

Re: MX19.1 with KDE Plasma by JKI
Thanks for the spin, i have some questions.
1- After remastering i realized that kde-config-sddm installed but sddm is not. I installed it manually. Why ?
2- After i apply "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" and than open MX Package Installer i see upgradable ...
