If you absolutely want the latest version, install the *.deb version available for download on the deadbeef website.
While this works fine on my system, there's no guarantee it will work on everyone (or yours).

I'd also prefer a current deadbeef version in MXPI.

Complicated solution, but I saw that you had 24.x installed, while I had 25.x.
After disabling the ahs repo, I was able to reinstall 24.x after reloading the sources.
I've now blocked the two fotocx packages via synaptic, because I don't disable the ahs repo in general.

So richtig klar ist mir das jetzt nicht.Von welcher MX Linu Vrsion hast du auf welche dein Upgrade gemacht, oder beziehst du dich auf Original Debian oder einen anderen seiner Klone?

There's nothing wrong (that I know of ;) ) with your system. There was a repo glitch where the wrong fotocx deb was listed in the indexes.
