What does your Display dialog look like? Mirror unchecked?

Re: Multiple Displays

According to your laptop's online manual page 97 the key combination of FN and then F7 is identified as "switching between monitor and projector".

Likely when saying 'projector' they are referring to your HDMI output. Most laptops have multiple options with that key combination, not just 2 as ...

Re: Multiple Displays

Do you have a monitor, and cable? Have you tried hooking them up?

If not, that's the place to start. Get an HDMI capable monitor and HDMI cable.
Goto Settings - Display, and configure your two monitors, (the lappy and the external)

Multiple Displays

I just got a new(ish) laptop and was wondering if there is a way to get multiple displays working with 21.3 using the HDMI output of the laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Thank you. Is reinstalling the only practical way to switch to plasma?

no. xfce only supports whole number gtk scaling.

you have two options. the xrandr scaling (either in mx-tweak or in Display, they work the same setting), or ramp up the dpi setting in Appearance, then adjust zoom in ...

MX Tweak - Display GTK Scaling [Solved]

In MX Tweak there is a setting for Display GTK Scaling. There 3 are options, 1x, 2x, or 3x. 1x is default and makes everything too small on the screen and 2x makes everything too big. Is there a way to edit these settings in a file so I could set it at 1.5x or whatever?

Thanks

Re: Ledger Live app won't connect on new laptop
