Everything is going well again at the moment. So I'll close the thread for now.

If it's the chip in the battery, as described in the Lenovo forum, I'll probably have to keep the Livestick handy in the future. At least a workaround I could live with.

The problem first occurred when booting the installed system. In the meantime, I charged the battery in live mode and was then able to reboot from the installed system without any problems. When I connect the power cable after a while, recharging works without any problems. Is there a way I can ...

I have problems with power management since today.
The battery is discharging and I get the message: “Waiting for charging.”
My a month older Livestick works fine.

I'm having the same problem with a TP x390. The Xfce display manager doesn't work at all. At some point, the value was permanently adopted via MX Tweak. Something isn't working properly.

You can remove it from the panel and then enable (a much smaller) tray icon in Settings > Power Manager

I did exactly this in MX19 and it was nice. But in MX21 there is no difference.

An Energyicon a bit smaller, as in MX19, would be nice, on occasion.
