after 10 days of using the mx 23 alpha 2 I have not found any problems.
I removed Firefox, Thunderbird and Transmission from the system. Installed Google Chrome and qbittorrent.

System:
Kernel: 6.1.0-9-amd64 [6.1.27-1] arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 12.2.0
parameters: BOOT_IMAGE=/boot ...

MX 21 installed 28.07.2021 work as primary OS without problems.
no problem with PC and used SW (Corel Aftershot pro, Darktable, GIMP, LO, Mixx).
no problem with games (Legend of Grimrock (nixinstaller), CnC Tiberian Sun, OpenRA, 0AD, ShadowRun Returns)
PC:

System: Host: <filter> Kernel: 5.10.0-8 ...

What's the difference between them?
I only find out, that standard boot takes about 3 seconds more...


to nie je len o case, startujes do roznych initov, s roznymi sluzbami.
bez systemd je tam sysvinit a na spustanie veci sa pouziva systemd-shim.
