Re: MX Freezes - Hard Reboot Required

Thanks @CharlesV . I'll try the 'Use Intel driver...' option first as I know how to do that via the tweak tool.

MX Freezes - Hard Reboot Required

I'm running MX-23.6_x64 with i3-wm.

It's a new (for me) refurbished DELL 7070 SFF i7 9Gen i7-9700 8x 4.7GHZ 32GB. For the first couple of months I had no problem, but it's completely frozen 3 times in the last 2 weeks. It's happened each time while I was using my company's video conferencing ...

Update problem: Failed to fetch...

Hi, all.

I haven't been able to update for a week or so now. I was hoping the problem would fix itself, but no such luck.

Here's the output from the terminal when I run the update command:

Hit:1 http://security.debian.org/debian-security bookworm-security InRelease
Hit:2 http://deb.debian.org ...

Re: LibreOffice menus icons not displaying [Solved]

Thanks again for your responses.

I'll mark the post as solved. What I actually did was download the Flatpak version of LO (Version 24.2.1.2) to see if the problem persisted. Not only does the Flatpak version of LO work fine but the standard version is now also showing icons as it should. Don't ask ...

Re: LibreOffice menus icons not displaying [Solved]

Thanks again for the replies thus far. Still no joy, however.

I've tried changing icon styles on LO, icon size (auto, small, large makes no difference), changed my default icon theme... Nada.

LO version 7.4.7.2 from the mx Popular Applications. Guess I could download and install the latest .deb ...

LibreOffice menus icons not displaying [Solved]

As can be seen below, when starting LibreOffice or when changing between tabs, all or most of the icons do not display. It's the same on all of my mx installs. Is this a LO issue or something with my settings/libraries, etc?

As I rely on LO for my job, this is quite frustrating, although I can get ...
