Have encountered a very weird problem.....when doing sudo apt-get update or upgrade , my WiFi slows
down to a crawl :turtle: .....this ONLY happens doing either 1 of the above...all other times it works as expected
at the correct speeds... speedtest.com confirms it is working correctly.... :cool ...

I began using Linux in 2008 after fighting Windoze Vista for a year...it got to the point where upon boot it
immediately went to the dreaded blue screen of death...I installed Ubuntu and have never looked back.
