I multiboot MX 18, Manjaro and Windows, and unfortunately the GRUB menu gets... created randomly, it seems.
When rearranging entries to my liking in the /etc/grub.d/ folder I came across a bug that makes the memtest entries generate an empty "if" statement which of course causes an error ...

It sounds to me that what the OP is asking about is the Single Click option that is activated, instead of the standard Double Click.
Yes, it can be changed, in settings in Thunar, AFAIR.

Honestly... I don't see the point of Firefox forks.

It sure seems like MX suddenly is playing in the "big leagues" with Manjaro, Mint and Ubuntu (Xubuntu?).
Maybe it's a better question if MX was the Manjaro or 2018?

Also, despite being a rolling release they change things in their numbered releases, so what happened, probably, was that you were at idk Manjaro 15 when you installed it, and when they released 16, they also released new updated themed packages. But I agree, updates ...

Jumped on the Linux train in 2006. Got really hooked. Could afford a new gaming laptop 2007. Never got around to dual boot.
