Still no fix???

Have you run one of the internet speed tests to determine what the value should be?


Sorry for the late reply, been really busy lately.

It's not the internet speed per se, it's the wireless connection speed from router to the laptop. Thanks anyway.


Is this a case where the WiFi is ...

Have you tried a different conky?

It looks like your using MX-Conkypatch ?
It is possible that your template is not correct in this conky. There are two templates for wifi and two for ethernet. But in my conky there is only template0 set for either one

I have my own Conky and on Thinkpad T490s the wifi speed shows correctly, but on DELL XPS 9510 just shows 1MB/s
Both running MX23 KDE


That's interesting, I noticed I said 0% but I meant 0 Bit/s and it always happens regardless of the network I use on my Dell N5010 and my HP Probook 4710s both ...

Does anyone know why my wifi connection speed always shows 0 Bit/s when connected in MX 23 KDE? I noticed that the same thing happened in MX 21 KDE but I didn't use it as a daily OS, I was using MX 19.4 KDE as a daily OS and it worked normal. Btw the signal strength % works.

Hi MX people,

Does anyone know what this baloo crash is or why it keeps popping up on every boot of my machine? I don't notice any change in the OS while using it, but it's annoying seeing it pop up every boot.
