Windows - nervous user?

In order to play certain games I have Windows 10 installed alongside MX. I won't say I'm nervous when using Windows but I'm always on Edge.

Steam deck what's it like?

I have only got a few games on Steam that I have to play on Windows 10 to get them to play. I have been thinking about getting a Steam Deck to play the games. I have been looking on eBay for a bargain priced Steam Deck but there all quite expensive. Anyone have a Steam Deck and would you recommend ...

A thank you from a grateful user

I have been a user of MX since MX-16 and have used many of the versions since then. I had a laptop whereby I had installed MX-19 on it. The laptop had since been scrapped but not before I removed the hard disk (with MX-19) and now use it with a disk caddy connected to my HP EliteDesk PC. As MX-19 ...

Re: Unable to play DVD's ootb

I have finally opened up the pc and discovered that the DVD drive was made in 2014. That's 10 years old! It's probably dying of old age. I bought the PC 3 or 4 years ago on eBay, the seller told me they had swapped the CD drive for a DVD drive. If they did it wasn't brand new. I will now look on ...

Re: Ladybird as privacy alternative to Firefox

PPA is sick behavior - collect and track data of users, aggregate them und deliver the result to entities who want to manipulate users. I do not want software like that. I want software to do what I want it to do, not what others desire. If you really want to stop companies from selling data about ...

Thanks Steam

Just a quick note to say that I have replaced MX-23 on my HP EliteDesk PC with Windows 10. I did it because I was not able to play some games through the Steam client on MX. I tried to install the games on MX through the Steam client and also install Proton to be able to play the Windows games ...
