IMHO for the KDE Plasma user rolling release distro's are the way to go. KDE is under constant development and bug fixes. Between Plasma 5.14.5 (many fixed distro's) and Plasma 5.16.5 (rolling distro's) bunch of bugs have been fixed.

My cat's would be food tasters, bed testers, flea repellent lab researchers.

Will add that live usb is slow on boot and shutdown. I can pull that usb and works a treat in any PC I plug it into, can't say the same for my Arch SSD install.

I run MX from usb 3.0 with toram, persistent root, can't imagine SSD being faster than my CPU/ram.

I must be the lucky one :lipsrsealed: I have 3 laptops with MX installed, fully updated and no problems anywhere, 3 persistence live usb's fully updated and all is well. I hope the fix for those having problems doesn't do the opposite and break my systems.
