Sparky7 Mate Desktop Environment (Core: 6.1.0-8)
LibreOffice: 7.4.5.1
software update ...

Maybe it's my fault. I installed the original MX, the freeze status almost disappear. But when I do the system upgrade, it took me more than one hour to upgrade to kernel 5.10.0-20-amd64.
As I mentioned top of the post, only these 2 notebooks has such problem.

You might try installing the nvidia drivers with the Nvidia Driver Installer in the MX menu.
I also notice they both appear to be running a little hot for only being on a few minutes (6min & 12 min by the QSI). I'd check them for dust clogging the airways. The CPUs could be being throttled.

You can try with antiX 4.19 (even antiX 4.9 ) kernel from "MX Package Installer". It/they will be under "Advanced Options" on grub to boot with.
