I think he needs to edit this line deb [arch=amd64,i386 signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/steam.gpg] https://repo.steampowered.com/steam/ stable steam to remove the signed-by parameter, as I'm pretty sure fix gpg keys downloaded a good key, but the deb entry is pointing to the specific expired key ...
