I was able to update the kernel to version 6.12.32 last week without errors using Synaptic
I couldn't. An error occurred in synaptic:
E: Internal Error, No file name for linux-headers-6.12.32-amd64:amd64
Then I tried to remove all 6.12.32 leftovers. And another error in synaptic:
E: /var/cache ...

...power-profiles-daemon, but trying to start it returns "unrecognized device". Upon investigation it looks like there's no sysv script for it

Still no power-profiles-daemon sysv script?
I'd like to try it with my KDE Wayland.

I think he needs to edit this line

to remove the signed-by parameter, as I'm pretty sure fix gpg keys downloaded a good key, but the deb entry is pointing to the specific expired ...

Gave the error on a deb, recommending to dl the new deb which fixes it. Could be a repeat of that scenario, in which case the MXPI repo needs fixing?
