I think it's appropriate for the default on MX-21 Plasma/KDE to be Discover. Users who are familiar with and want Synaptic will know how to add after install.

Firefox, Vivaldi, Clementine, xfce4-terminal, Thunar, Libreoffice, qpdfview, Mirage, Galculator, Simple Scan, Asunder, Shotwell, VLC, MX Live USB Maker.
