This is what finally worked. ij.start.canon Thanks for all the help. This allowed me to print to the canon ts702a from my cell phone.

Is there a printer IP address in this avahi scan, It finally list the canon printer so I'm getting somewhere.

The bios just came on screen and it says
press(DEL) to enter setup
New cpu installed FTPM/PSP NV corupted or FTPM/PSP NV structure Changed
