Don't. Linux drivers are going to be compiled into the kernel and if you don't know how to do that, you shouldn't try it because you found some warez.

Maybe this post was a joke ...

And if you want to do that without try to decipher the text output of smartmontools with a graphical tool, the QDiskInfo is great for that.


@RedGreen925 The Xfce ISO comes pre-packed with GSmartControl, a GUI tool for the same and qdiskinfo is in the repos, so there's no need to be pointing ...

I wasn't talking about the community, I was mentioning that this particular YouTuber is an Arch user by nature and tried to do an install/review of the Slackware 15 release when it came out.

I have seen 96 DPI as the standardall the way back to when I started using Windows 98se and always seemed to be the standard of all the LINUX distros I tried. Regardless if it was if it was Windows or LINUX the DPI was always adjustable and was always set to 96 by default.
